Hi Colin and Cherryl,

We have just stayed in your lovely villa for 3 weeks and we just want to say a huge THANK YOU for letting us share your lovely villa. EVERYTHING that is ever needed on hoilday is supplied. The covered patio area was especially useful as it was SO hot whilst we were there (30th July - 20th August) and the pool was wonderful to come back to after a VERY hot day at the parks or shopping.

We will definitely recommend your villa to other people and we will hope to book it again when we can.

Hello Colin & Cherryl,

We have recently returned from your lovely Florida home.   8-30th May 2009.   We were unfortunate being there whilst they had severe rainfall, 28" in 14 days! but that aside we had a great time.   Your house was more than a house it was a real home, no bland rooms all decked out in the bog standard white!   The beds in each room were arguably the most comfortable we have slept in on holiday.   Due to the weather we spent more time in the house than we would normally on holiday and the house was brilliant.
 
We have stayed in many homes throughout Kissimmee over the last 19 years and yours is definitely the best.   Indian Ridge was a wonderful community, with a friendly wave from the neighbours daily.
The pool was wonderful, heating on due to weather it was a god send, we were in it when we could do little else, if we were going to get wet it might as well be from the pool!

I will definitely be looking to rebook next time we come to Florida.

Many thanks for allowing us to stay once again in your lovely home. We enjoyed it just as much as the first time back in Apr/May06. Many thanks for the decorations and trees you left out making us feel just like Xmas at home, big difference was of course the weather which was a nice 75 to 82 deg with lots of sun. Looking forward to the next time and will recommend your home to anyone as the best villa in Central Florida. Will keep in touch, and thanks once again.

My Trip to Florida was very exciting when I arrive at your villa, I really felt at home. I came for Thanksgiving to stay with my family   and they truly love the house as well. I could not believe that Disneys is only 4 miles away from your house. All the major shops are nearby   I am going to recomend to my friends that are   going to Florida that they should book your house

My family stayed in your beautiful home on September 13 through 16th of 2007. From the gorgeous pool to the detailed decor throughout the home everything was absolutely perfect!!! I do not have any complaints.We really wished we had been able to extend our stay.I look forward to returning in the near future. I also plan on recommending your home to friends and family. Dear Cheryl and Colin,

My family stayed at your wonderful villa in June 15 thru 21 of 2007. We live in Virginia and decided to drive to florida after a long drive, we were able to not only relax but also feel like we were home.   I am so lucky I was able to find your home for my stay in Orlando, my kids especially loved your pool. I couldn't keep them out.   I will not stay at a hotel anymore after my stay in your comfortable villa. The comfort and space that the villas offer not camparible at all. I just wish we would have had more time to spend on our vacation but will most defennitly will return for our next vacation.

Our family had wonderful stay in your home.   We would have liked to stay for more 6 days was not enough.   The privacy your home offers and the comfortablity you would not be able to have in a hotel.   The kids did not enjoy the parks and much as they enjoyed the pool.   I would almost have to drag them out.   I personally loved the decoration of the home and the space we had was unbeatable. The house was equipped with everything you will need just as if your were at home. We all are looking forward to next summer to book your villa again.   Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

Dear Cheryl and Colin,

Our family had a wonderful Florida vacation in February, and the best part of the vacation was staying in your lovely villa!   The layout of the home was perfect for us:   my husband and I enjoyed the wonderful master bedroom suite, and with bedrooms for our son, daughter-in-law and grandson on the opposite end of the home, we were blessed both with privacy and family community. As we had additional family staying in Florida in hotels, your villa was the perfect place to host an extended family reunion.   We had a wonderful pool party gathering, which was perfect for all ages. We could hardly drag the children out of the pool, and many of us enjoyed the spa.

It has been only the past few years that we have booked accomodations through the internet.   Sometimes we've been disappointed, and other times work out well.   But, your villa was so much more than we expected, and even now, a month after coming home, I have a grand smile on my face thinking of the wonderful time we had in your home!   I hope we are able to stay in your villa again, and I have passed along your web site address to a number of friends and relatives.   Thank you so much.

Just visted your web site ,villa is looking even greater than it did before ,and that is amazing because our breath was took away when we arrived in your villa from wiltshire back in 05.Just also wanted to mention what lovley people you both are and how we felt that from the time we were there the villa was our home and we were living the American dream. We also felt it was ran in a good business manner. We will be re visting again in the future.

Dear Mrs. Moody,

We had really wonderful experience staying at your home. The personal touch given to decor the home gave us feeling of our own home.   Kids enjoyed the pool. It's a very convenient location to Disney Parks.

We would definitely love to visit there again and forward details about this place to our family and friends. We could not leave comments in the Guest Book.
